Terms of Booking
Confirmation of Booking
The booking/reservations shall be held as tentative until this Service Contract is signed and the terms therein are met. Mamba village reserves the right to cancel the booking if not signed off and submitted 24 hours before execution of the function.
Billing Procedure
The guaranteed attendance will be charged at the agreed delegate rate even if a lower number of persons attend the event unless the minimum guarantee is modified in writing by the client and accepted by Mamba village in writing at least 48 hours in advance.
All extras accrued during your function will be charged as incidentals such as beverages, photocopy, email and internet access and telephone charges.
Entertainment
Any entertainment or equipment arranged by the client and/or his guests must be brought in through the Mamba village reception and Village will not accept liability for the same. The client and/or his guests are solely responsible for the said equipment and shall keep the Village indemnified against any claims made against it.
All contracted entertainment will not be allowed after midnight. In case the function extends past the contracted timings, there will be a surcharge of Kshs.1, 000 per hour every hour up to 4.00am when the function shall have to end.
Payment Terms
50% payments of the rate per person multiplied by the expected attendance number shall be paid as commitment for reservation. The balance should be cleared on or before the event date.
If the client enjoys credit facilities with the hotel, no deposit is required but the Service
Contract must be duly signed. All other terms remain.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours or less prior to the event: 75% Cancellation Fee on anticipated loss
7 days or less prior to the event: 50% Cancellation Fee on anticipated loss
14 days or less prior to the event: 25% Cancellation Fee on anticipated loss
